They were highly competitive in their pricing and were an easy choice after meeting them in person. The best part was the transparency of their pricing. Other companies threw random numbers at us and never explained how they got to the numbers. Panda sent us a comprehensive free quote that broke down the cost of each item. They promised that they would not charge us anymore than what was quoted and if less materials were needed (which they were) they would alter the cost to lower it (which they did) We appreciated the transparency of the interaction from start to finish. The guys came in and did a great job. Super clean, put down mats everywhere and left virtually no trace of their presence when they were gone. We felt a difference almost immediately and within two days we turned our thermostat down. After a recent storm damaged my roof, I needed to replace the insulation in the attic. I don’t know anyone in the industry so to find a company to do this, I simply searched Google and chose the company with the best reviews.
Panda’s pricing was very reasonable, communication was a breeze and [Brian] and his assistant were friendly and polite and took extra care not to damage my home. The work was completed in a couple of hours and when they were done, they were meticulous about cleaning up and even vacuumed up dirt that was there before they started!
Due to the storm, most of my neighbours all sustained roof damage and also had to have their attic insulation replaced. We shared quotes with one another and the outrageous quotes I saw by other companies were more than double what Panda quoted.
I watched these companies with at least 4-5 guys take an entire week to do what Brian and his assistant labourer did in a couple hours. Meanwhile, these other companies were clearly taking advantage of the insurance claim by gouging and over pricing the job.
Integrity is rare in this industry and I consider myself very fortunate to have found Brian to help me out and will definitely be referring Panda Insulation to anyone who needs their attic insulation replaced.

We had insulation blown into our attic to bring it to a value of R-60. We contacted several companies but Panda Insulation is the one we felt the most comfortable in dealing with.
This is a great company. Brian, co-owner, attended our home for an estimate just a few days after my call. He was thorough, easy to deal with and very motivated. He looked after booking an environmental inspection, a process necessary if you want to access the gov’t rebates. That was on a Saturday, after his inspection, and on Tuesday, the environment inspection company was on site and on Friday, Brian returned to do the work. We expected weeks of waiting, as we were told by friends.
Brian re-insulated and brought our insulating rating to R-60.
He was on time for the estimate and also for the work appointment. Both he and his employee were very careful about marking walls etc.. when they brought equipment inside. They left the place very clean.
We got what we paid for and my wife and I would highly recommend this company.
